Excellent walking and bird watching country. The wildlife includes griffon vultures,eagles,deer,mongeese and wild boar.The beautiful "white village" of casares offers restaurants and shops just a 3km drive away down a mountain track. The legendary towns of ronda, granada and seville can all be reached as a day trip, by scenic train if you wish ,once part of the grand tour of europe.Casares is ideally situated as the starting point for exploring the other picturesque "white villages" of the serrania de ronda and its breathtaking landscapes.. Mountain bikes are available.
